Data controller

Scope of data

The contact form collects your name, email address, optionally your phone number, the selected topic and your message. Providing data is voluntary, but I cannot reply to your enquiry without it.

Purposes and legal basis

I process form data to answer your enquiry and prepare an offer, i.e. to take steps before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). If we work together, I process data to perform the contract and meet accounting and tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).

Recipients

Data may be processed by the hosting provider running the site and mailbox, only as needed to maintain the site and deliver messages. I do not sell data or share it for any other purpose.

Retention

Enquiry data is kept as long as needed to handle the matter and, if we work together, for the period required by law, in particular tax law.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict processing of your data, to data portability and to object. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting prior lawful processing. Send requests to kontakt@kreakcja.pl.

Complaint

If you believe the processing of your data breaches the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office, UODO).
